Alicia Kelly, Litigation Attorney
Alicia Kelly is a personal injury attorney at The Advocates, who focuses primarily on litigation. Prior to joining The Advocates, Alicia was a public defender and represented clients in criminal matters. She also worked for a local civil firm, handling property, construction, business, employment, and personal injury matters.

Alicia's Story
Alicia attended the University of Montana for her undergraduate and law studies. In 2016, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in sociology and criminology and a minor in women’s and gender studies. She then attained her Juris Doctor degree in 2020. During law school, Alicia interned for ASUM Legal Services and Paul Ryan & Associates, PLLC, and completed her clinical studies at the Appellate Defenders Office. She also served as president of the ACLU student group, volunteered at the Montana Innocence Project, and completed the Pro Bono Service Program.
Alicia spends her spare time with her daughter, Aubrey, and her significant other, Austin. She enjoys coin collecting, playing volleyball with her daughter, and cuddling up with her yorkie, Rocco.
