Francisco J. Crespo is a dedicated personal injury attorney at The Advocates. He brings tenacity, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to his clients. Francisco joined The Advocates in 2025, drawn to the firm’s commitment to achieving exceptional results for personal injury victims.
Francisco’s path into personal injury law was forged after a pivotal case in which he represented a mother who tragically lost both her husband and child to a negligent driver. This case profoundly shaped his career, inspiring him to focus on personal injury law and advocate for those who face the uphill battle of receiving fair compensation for their injuries.
With a deep understanding of the challenges personal injury victims face, Francisco is driven to help clients navigate the legal system with strength and compassion, ensuring their voices are heard, and justice is served.
Francisco grew up on the East Coast, spending equal time at home in New Jersey and at his parents’ business in New York City. He has experience as a jewelry salesman, veterinary assistant, firefighter, motorcycle mechanic, business manager, and schoolteacher, to name just a few. He spent a year teaching English in Japan’s northernmost prefecture. He has raised four Blue Heelers puppies to date, the oldest of which is seventeen years old. He once spent a month exploring the United States from the seat of a Greyhound bus.
His nomadic spirit led him to explore Montana, where he attended university and eventually became a lawyer. He lives in Missoula with his wife and three children. Together, they enjoy exploring new recipes, reading all kinds of books, playing and performing music, and enjoying each other’s company.
